Cap and trade is coming back around in the Senate

Please get this out to  folks and get the phones ringing in Nashville. Be aware that Cap and trade is coming back around in the Senate and is currently also being developed in an APA implementation strategy. This Tennessee 10th Amendment Legislation could help.
HB3287 by Rep. Susan Lynn will be going to the floor of the House on Tuesday. If the bills passes as introduced, it would require any cap and trade legislation to first be evaluated for its economic impact on Tennesseans and then to be approved by the Tennessee General Assembly before it is implemented. This would provide vital protection for Tennesseans against the economic consequences of the federal cap and trade ponzi scheme if it is passed.
